Stephanie lives on a small acreage outside of Sutherland IA, with her husband Mark Steiner Sr. and her children, Ashton 19, Meredith 16 and Kendra 15. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren Jerry and Wren, fishing , and raising a small herd of Boer Goats.
I’m Stephanie Steiner, and I’m running for Congress in Iowa’s 4th District because I’ve lived the struggles so many politicians only talk about.

I’m a nurse, a mother, and a lifelong advocate for justice who’s ready to fight like hell for the people too often left out of the conversation.
I’ve spent my life listening to those in pain—patients, workers, families just trying to survive. I’ve seen how inequality, corruption, and cruelty take root when leaders stop listening. That ends now.
This campaign isn’t about left or right. It’s about **what’s right**:
